Is the meet n’ greet free?
The initial consultation (meet n’ greet) is FREE and usually lasts about 45 minutes. This session is required before the initial visit and
Do you pick up my dog’s waste when you are walking?
Yes, we do. We do ask that you provide the bags.
Do you board pets?
We do not board pets in our home. We do provide early morning, midday, afternoon, evening, and late evening visits for pets who are home alone. We will customize a schedule to fit your pets needs. Your pets will be much happier in their own home
What do you do on a visit?
Our pet sitting visits include: Feeding per your instructions, fresh water, dogs walked if desired, love and play time, brushing, litter box cleaned, medication
If my pet has an “accident”, do you clean it up?
Yes, we will clean up after your pets to the best of our ability. If there are always accidents, we will ask you to book an additional visit in the day.
What happens in an emergency? Is there a form I need to fill out to authorize emergency care?
Yes, an emergency form is a required form to complete before initial service. If any information changes on the required emergency form please let us know.
What kind of animals do you care for?
We care for many types of animals including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, rabbits, ferrets, hamsters, and guinea pigs. We do not care for animals who have a history of fighting or attacking animals or people.
How is payment handled?
We accept payments online. You will receive a link sent to your email where you can link any major credit card for payment to pay the invoice.
You will receive an invoice provided 7 days in advance of the date of service. We ask that you pay the invoice 3 days before your visits begin, except for holiday visits we ask for payment 7 days in advance.
